These terms are between you and What It Is What It Do LLC ("we"), the maker of Richard Cheeseburger's Double Take™ ("the game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's standard license for apps also applies.

It's a game

All characters are fictional. Prizes, cars, cash and values in the game are made up. They have no real value, can't be exchanged for anything, and nothing will be delivered to you. The game involves no real money or gambling.

Playing online

Choose a name that's fit for all ages, and play fair. Don't use the game to harass anyone, and don't try to cheat, disrupt the servers, or get around the name filter. We may change an offensive name, and we may remove a player who breaks these rules.

The game, its characters, art, music, voices, puzzles and text are © What It Is What It Do LLC. Richard Cheeseburger's Double Take™, Double Take™, Richard Cheeseburger™ and Gus Tortellini™ are trademarks of What It Is What It Do LLC. You may share screenshots, clips and the game's share cards for personal, non-commercial use.

Changes and availability

We work to keep online play running, but we can't promise it will always be available. We may update the game and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it.
